    Description


    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic teamAs an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the daily operations and management of our properties.

    You will work closely with the Property Manager to ensure efficient property maintenance, excellent tenant relations, and adherence to company policies and procedures.


    Responsibilities:
    Assist in the leasing process, including showing available units to prospective tenants, processing applications, and conducting background checks.
    Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, conducting inspections and ensuring units are in optimal condition.
    Address tenant concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally, striving to maintain positive tenant relations.
    Assist with rent collection and maintain accurate records of payments and delinquencies.
    Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance and repair needs.
    Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property repairs and maintenance.
    Assist with the development and implementation of property marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
    Prepare reports and assist with budgeting and financial management.
    Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field preferred.
    Previous experience in property management or related field preferred.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing regulations.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
