Responsibilities:

You will:


  • Handle and process all technical and organizational inquiries for properties in the Rhein-Main area
  • Manage onsite project management for technology and rental business
  • Represent Home to customers and service providers onsite
  • Be the main point of contact for the teams of acquired property management companies in the Rhein-Main area
  • Create monthly reports for the Rhein-Main location
  • Manage the emergency hotline for tenants and owners and handle inquiries with our team
  • Continuously drive automation and efficiency through the implementation of various projects

Qualifications:

Your previous work demonstrates:


  • Extensive expertise in property management (SEV / WEG) and the underlying processes and services
  • Minimum of 24 years of experience in the real estate industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Completed degree or vocational training in real estate management
  • Strong interest in technology
