Property Manager Assistant Duties:
- Assist Property Manager
- Preparing and completing lease renewals
- Research and prepare current market rents reports for property manager
- Preparing and servicing notices
- Processing and assigning work orders to completion, coordinate bid proposals
- Review and process invoicing to accounting to ensure accuracy
- Effectively communicate with tenants and clients in positive manner
- Create marketing copy for leasing
- Accurately maintain notes and content for properties and tenants in Appfolio database
- Driving to and between properties. Reliable vehicle, current driver's license and auto insurance is required
- May be required to cover other employees positions as needed during absences

Pay:
From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week
