Network Technician- RemoteJob Description:
We are currently seeking experienced Network Technicians for several positions based in the United States. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in
order management, AAV maintenance tickets, and technical experience working with AAV/Telco regarding the test and turn-up of new AAV circuits.
Responsibilities:
Manage order management processes efficiently and accurately.
Handle AAV maintenance tickets promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with AAV/Telco teams for the test and turn-up of new AAV circuits.
Troubleshoot testing issues and ensure timely resolution.
Utilize NOC experience to monitor network performance and address any anomalies.
Requirements:
Previous experience in order management and AAV maintenance.
Technical expertise in working with AAV/Telco for circuit test and turn-up.
Proficiency in troubleshooting testing issues.
NOC experience is highly preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
