    The AGCO Parts Division has an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Brand Marketing and Communications to join its team in delivering extraordinary results at the Batavia Parts Distribution Center.

    This is a leading role in developing marketing and advertising strategies for our AGCO Parts division.

    These activities include promoting our AGCO Parts brand as well as coordinating with Fendt and Massey brand leads to ensure a consistent message throughout the lifecycle of the customer and machine.

    This is a role with growth potential and developmental opportunities. In this position, you will drive the highest level of service and quality to our dealership network.

    The main responsibilities of the role will be to lead the marketing strategies for AGCO Parts and our distributor network.

    This includes video creation, marketing collateral, vendor management, budget management, communications, and marketing automation practices.

    The role will also require the analysis around campaign effectiveness, marketing collateral utilization and utilization of data to make decisions and recommendations on future activities.

    Additionally, the Manager, Brand Marketing and Communications will collaborate with a broad range of people such as sales, marketing, supply chain, vendors, AGCO dealerships, and global partners to meet business needs.


    What you will do:

    • Develop marketing and advertising strategies ensuring brand integrity
    • Develop the aftersales marketing roadmap to support the customer / machine lifecycle to drive additional part purchase and service work as well as increase customer retention with AGCO Brands
    • Support the Marketing and Sales department in marketing collateral needs
    • Execute distributor marketing campaigns through use of automated marketing approaches while using applicable marketing material based on different customer segments
    • Lead for all AGCO Parts communications defining appropriate content and audience

    What you will bring:

    • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, or equivalent work experience

    A plus if you have:

    • Experience in running automated marketing campaigns through programs such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua, or like platforms
    • Experience in the development and execution of paid social programs on self-service advertising platforms such as Goolge AgWords, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, or like platforms
    • Extensive experience in leading goal oriented projects from identification to execution in an international/global environment
    • Proven leadership capabilities and experience for Brand Marketing and Communications activities
    • Previous experience in the Agricultural Machinery or comparable industries is desired but not required
    • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, SQL, and other tools preferred

    Travel Requirements:

    • 10-20% of time
