For the past 3 years, we have been supporting medium-sized companies with 10 to 250 employees in generating the best employees and contracts.

Each client is passionately and devotedly cared for by our team.

Responsibilities:

You do not necessarily need specific prior knowledge, we will train you from the ground up. Prior knowledge in marketing is desired but not necessary.
You analyze the information of our clients
Execution of classic commercial, administrative and organizational tasks: e.g. processing orders, creating invoices, monitoring payments, monitoring inventory, recording documents, etc.
Assisting with secretarial and administrative tasks
Writing letters, emails, notes, and protocols
Direct and telephone contact with clients for organizational matters
You support the marketing team with all other tasks to ensure a smooth flow of campaigns

Qualifications:

You have successfully completed vocational training, a degree or have relevant previous knowledge
Strong interest in marketing and communication topics
Results and solutionoriented as well as strong team orientation
Ability to follow existing processes
Independent and precise way of working
Quick comprehension and high discipline
You prefer to start the day with a clear structure of your tasks
