    Description


    A client in the Austin area is looking to add an HR Generalist to the team to reimagine and implement world-class HR processes and programs.

    This role is open because there is currently only one person running with HR responsibilities in North America, while the rest of the team sits in India.

    Meaning, you will be the face of the HR Department & act as the go-to person for team members in North America office, fostering positive change and nurturing talent throughout every stage of the employment journey from recruitment to development.

    It is expected for roughly 30% of your time to be spent recruiting on internal Aurigo job postings, mostly IT positions such as IT PMs, IT BAs, IT CSMs, SWEs, Product Managers, Training Specialists, and some less technical roles such as AEs, Marketing, Proposal Writers, etc.

    The other 70% of your time will be spent managing core HR / people operations such as employee engagement, employee performance management, benefits, maintaining Aurigo's HRIS system (they are currently migrating to ADP), onboarding, pre-hire paperwork, vendor coordination & management, acting as a local HR POC, managing payroll & 401K, etc.


    Further Responsibilities Will Include:

    • Empowering our North America team members by implementing word class HR processes and programs.
    • Being the go to person throughout the talent acquisition and recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth onboarding for new joiners.
    • Enhancing job satisfaction by working closely with employees and managers to resolve people issues promptly and with professionalism.
    • Collaborating with the existing global HR team to craft global solutions for innovative people programs.
    • Participating in local initiatives and special projects, creating opportunities for meaningful connections and planning of events to cultivate a thriving workplace culture
    • HR Certifications
    • Experience working for a SaaS company
    • ADP experience
    -3+ years of HR / People Operations experience

    • Experience with core HR Operations such as benefits, onboarding, compliance, vendor management, etc.
    • Experience with full lifecycle IT recruiting & self sourcing candidates
    • Experience coordinating with various vendors & C-Level executives
    • Bachelors Degree
