    Compensation & Benefits

    • $19-22/hour + up to $500/week in performance bonuses

    Responsibilities

    • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
    • Proactive Problem Solving: Assist customers promptly, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests with a solutions-oriented approach that exceeds expectations.
    • Maximize Sales Opportunities: Actively upsell HVAC products and services to meet or exceed sales targets while enhancing customer satisfaction.
    • Effective Communication: Engage customers to thoroughly understand their needs and preferences, offering tailored solutions that create lasting positive impressions.
    • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze customer data to identify trends and actionable insights, proactively recommending improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
    • Meticulous Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring seamless communication within the team.


    Preferred Qualifications

    • Strong outbound experience
    • Experience in the HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Solar, or Roofing space is a big plus.
    • English/Spanish Bilingual Language Skills
    • Customer-Focused Experience: Preferred experience in customer service and sales, demonstrating your ability to engage and assist customers effectively.
    • Outbound Communication: Proficient in handling outbound calling campaigns, showcasing your proactive communication skills and booking numerous leads a day


    Requirements

    • This is an on-site position - you must be willing and able to work in our office
    • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test in accordance with state and federal law


    Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10 am - 7 pm. Rotating weekends.
