- Effective Communication: Engage customers to thoroughly understand their needs and preferences, offering tailored solutions that create lasting positive impressions.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze customer data to identify trends and actionable insights, proactively recommending improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Meticulous Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring seamless communication within the team.
- Strong outbound experience
- Experience in the HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Solar, or Roofing space is a big plus.
- English/Spanish Bilingual Language Skills
- Customer-Focused Experience: Preferred experience in customer service and sales, demonstrating your ability to engage and assist customers effectively.
- Outbound Communication: Proficient in handling outbound calling campaigns, showcasing your proactive communication skills and booking numerous leads a day
