Description
Our practice is looking for a hard working, goal minded individual with strong sales skills to fill the position we have as a Patient Service Representative.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for people calling in attempting to book a New Patient appointment.
Below is a list of responsibilities and tasks related to this role:- Build relationships, develop trust and educate leads over the phone
- Convert New Patient leads into New Patient Consultation appointments
- Make outbound calls to follow up on past New Patient leads in effort to recapture the lead
- Meet personal conversion goals for inbound and outbound calls
- Confirm appointments
- Meet NP Goal quotas
- Assist with filling schedules for multiple locations
- Report results on spreadsheets
- Listen to calls for quality control and training purposes
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year working in the dental field
- Back office (assisting) experience preferred
- Treatment coordinating experience preferred
- Experience with Carestack
- Bilingual (Spanish) required
- Must be able to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
