Our company is seeking Part-Time Contact Center Representatives.


Shift is:
Monday to Friday

7:00 AM - 12:00 PM

(Not including Federal Holidays)


Responsibilities:


  • Make customer calls and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
  • Answering customers questions and referring them to the necessary resources to solve their concerns.
  • Responsible for keeping record of information received in conversations and log it into the database.
  • Be able to work with management to ensure proper quality and productivity goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, both verbal and written
  • Comfortable working in fastpaced environments
  • Computer literacy & Phone skills
  • Bilingual ( is a plus; not required )
Relevant certifications and experience will improve consideration chances for this position. Training will also be provided - "Entry Level" applicants are also encouraged to apply. This is not a sales position. We do not offer remote/ hybrid positions. In-Office only.
