Shift is:
Monday to Friday
7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
(Not including Federal Holidays)
Responsibilities:
- Make customer calls and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
- Answering customers questions and referring them to the necessary resources to solve their concerns.
- Responsible for keeping record of information received in conversations and log it into the database.
- Be able to work with management to ensure proper quality and productivity goals.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication, both verbal and written
- Comfortable working in fastpaced environments
- Computer literacy & Phone skills
- Bilingual ( is a plus; not required )
