Description
The Account Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth service delivery by coordinating, documenting, and sharing essential information with internal teams and clients.
The ideal candidate should possess a customer-centric approach, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize effectively.
Utilizing established protocols, procedures, and tailored client services management software, the Account Manager collaborates with the operations team to schedule and fulfill clients' service requirements, contributing to enhanced client relationships and business growth opportunities.
- Interact with clients to gather, review, store, and share service details using customized software.
- Onboard new clients and manage assigned accounts throughout the service lifecycle.
- Coordinate site visits between inspectors and clients.
- Create client proposals for one-time or recurring services and oversee service setup and execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communications utilizing project management tools.
- Update and maintain client records in the database promptly and accurately.
- Address client inquiries promptly and utilize client portals effectively.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in account management or similar roles.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
- Strong account management skills with a focus on delivering results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a client-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with standard office software and willingness to learn new tools.
This is a full-time on-site position, with office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
- Option 1: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a 30-minute lunch break.
- Option 2: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a 30-minute lunch break.
- Option 3: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a one-hour lunch break.
