    Job DescriptionPosition:
    Sales Account ManagerTerritory: Northern and Southern California

    Pratt Locations:
    SalinasBase CommissionsRange: $80k-$250kSummary: Responsible for selling and servicing our customers including new businessDuties:Sell new profitable accountsManage and service accountsFollow up with A/P as need beProcess all required paperwork accurately and timelyMeet annual sales budget forecastsComply with company policies and proceduresAdditional duties as assigned by managementEducation and or Experience:High School Diploma or GEDTwo years of outside selling or related experience and college course workValid CA Driver's License, safe driving record and ability to driveCandidates are PREFERRED who offer:College degreeExperience in corrugated packaging and or related manufacturing industriesExperience in Agriculture industryBilingual: English and Spanish

    Additional Skillset:
    Language:Ability to read, write and interpret reports and documents.

    Ability to speak and communicate clearly and effectively in person as well as via media devicesMath Reasoning:
    Ability to calculate dimensions, amounts such as price, costs, margins, percentages and volumeAbility to apply common sense understanding and carry out instructions furnished in oral, written and graphic formAbility to work in a team oriented and high paced environment

    Work Environment:
    While performing the duties. employee may be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment can also be loud.
    Requires traveling from home and or work office into territory on regular basis. Some overnight stays required.
