    Description

    We are seeking a part-time customer service representative with strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent task management skills, and be a self-starter.

    Requirements

    Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person communication

    Manage and maintain client files and records

    Create and manage spreadsheets and other administrative documents using Microsoft Office

    Schedule appointments and meetings for clients and staff

    Conduct research and gather information as needed

    Attend client sites as required

    Other related duties as assigned
