Job Description:
Vallejo Nissan is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Center (BDC) Agent.
As a BDC Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our dealership, responsible for managing incoming sales inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining customer relationships to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.2. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.3. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership.4.
Follow up with potential customers to ensure their needs are met and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.5.
Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, appointments, and sales opportunities.6. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.7. Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to nurture leads and generate new business opportunities.8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.9. Assist with special promotions, events, and campaigns to drive traffic to the dealership.10. Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and areas for improvement.Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.2. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is a plus.3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.5. Proficiency in computer applications, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.6. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.7. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.8. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.9. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
