- Manage inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership.
- Follow up with potential customers to ensure their needs are met and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, appointments, and sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to nurture leads and generate new business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
- Assist with special promotions, events, and campaigns to drive traffic to the dealership.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and areas for improvement.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
