    Position: IT Support Specialist

    Role Overview:

    Ategrity is seeking a self-disciplined and highly motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and excellent problem-solving abilities. This role involves being the primary point of contact for all IT-related questions at the user level, addressing user needs promptly, and ensuring the optimal functioning of all systems. You will work in our Scottsdale office 1-2 days per week or as needed, with the remainder of your time will be working remotely.

    You are expected to display good interpersonal skills as you will interact with clients from various departments and all executive levels. You are to listen to their technical needs, understand their problems and implement effective solutions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work at the Scottsdale, Arizona office approximately 1-2 days per week.
    • Provide support to users and act as the first point of contact for problem resolution.
    • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
    • Install and configure hardware and software components.
    • Repair or replace damaged computer hardware.
    • Establish good relationships with all clients and colleagues.
    • Manage technical documentation.
    • Create, add, and modify user accounts and services across various cloud platforms.
    • Assist users over the phone, in-person, and remotely using multiple platforms.
    • Administer Active Directory, Azure, SharePoint, Exchange, Office 365, EndPoints, email filters, backups, phone systems, mobile devices, and other IT-related software.
    • Understand virtual desktop environments and remote desktop technology.
    • Configure, deploy, and relocate desktops, laptops, printers, and other related devices.
    • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.

    Preferred Experience

    • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server Environment.
    • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office 365 Cloud Environment.
    • Knowledge of Mac OS.
    • Experience with Exchange Server.
    • Understanding of VoIP Phone Systems and SIP Trunks.
    • Previous experience working for an insurance provider is a plus.
