We're a National Franchise Company and we're seeking a
Franchise Support Specialist to join our corporate office in Scottsdale, Arizona.
What You'll Do
A
Franchise Support Specialist supports Franchise Operations across the U.S. through data management, customer service, and technical support.
- Handles the daytoday technical support needs of franchisees and staff
- Is responsible for onboarding and offboarding franchisees, especially the associated legal documentation
- Ensures that all technical processes are functioning and documented
- Manages Google Workspace, Maps, and Drive accounts by assisting franchisees and staff with technical issues, assisting with computer hardware and software setups, phone systems, and company CRM needs
- Provide ongoing rootcause analysis to put solutions in place that minimize repetitive requests and maximize enduser productivity and customer satisfaction
- Assists other Franchise Support Staff with daytoday support of active franchisees

QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiarity with Slack (or similar) also a plus
- Experience with support ticketing systems like Helpscout, Zen Desk etc... desired
- Prior experience operating in a related industry desired
- Must have access to reliable transportation to our office in Scottsdale.
- This is an inperson role.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS include but are not limited to:
- Able to hear and speak to customers in person and/or by phone.
- Able to see and read on computer screens and paper.
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
- Ability to move throughout the building, around the office, stock room, and lift 30lbs.
Salary:
$ $23.00 per hour
to start. This will be reassessed after 90 days of successful team participation.
