    Reporting to the Lean Manager, you as


    Lean Engineer , will be responsible to support to Foster a culture of continuous improvement in the organization through the implementation of Lean-Six Sigma Methodology tools.

    About the Job


    Implementation of Lean Manufacturing methodology tools through Kaizen events, such as: VSM (Value stream map), Work area organization (6 S's), Visual management, Standardized work, Materials management system (Kanban, POU, Heijunka), TPM and SMED, among others.

    Promote continuous improvement throughout the organization, participate and lead Kaizen events.
    Promote continuous improvement throughout the organization through training in Lean manufacturing.
    Coordinate and encourage the participation of continuous improvement through self-directed teams with associates at different levels.
    Coordinate and participate in the execution of the improvement ideas program provided by the self-directed teams.
    Contribute and participate in compliance with corporate audits to the Littelfuse Operating System.

    About you:
