The PSEQ Business Process Office is comprised of Business Process Owners (BPO's) who are accountable for the definition, health, and performance of PV's key end-to-end processes.
The BPO partners closely with various process stakeholders to ensure alignment of people, process and technology and are responsible for the performance of key end-to-end processes in realizing their objectives as measured by process indicators and are empowered to identify and champion improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement: As assigned; accountable for delivering process transformations and continuous process improvement.
- Lead and deliver transformation projects as assigned and chartered.
- Use established methods to diagnose the current state of a process and identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
- Use established process improvement tools to identify and implement countermeasures that improve process efficiency, quality, and/or compliance.
- Establishes process strategy, objectives and longrange roadmap with input from key stakeholders (including business and IT); identifies, facilitates/implements process changes
- Network internally and externally.
- Publish and manage L2/L3 process maps and time standards
- Responsible for Quality System Process and Procedure documents
- Accountable Best Practice Guidelines. Curate process knowledge repositories.
- Define and manage key compliance and performance indicators / metrics
- Accountable for management review (i.e. SMORES) content. Facilitate periodic Operations reviews with stakeholders
- Perform periodic process physicals and selfaudits; is always aware of the health of assigned processes and areas needing additional improvement. Has a continuous improvement mindset.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required, BS-Industrial Engineering preferred
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred
- 12+ years professional experience required with BS (8+ with Masters, 5+ with PhD)
- 5+ years dedicated process management and continuous improvement experience required
- Lean or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred, Lean Bronze+ or LSS Black Belt preferred
- Track record of delivering impactful transformative change required

- The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
