Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Consultant

Job Status:
Full-Time

Compensation: 130,000k-170,000k

This role requires travel Mon-Fri to various client locations.

Responsibilities:

Lead clients through a datadriven, systemic approach that identifies process interdependencies, information flow barriers and communication gaps Define innovative solutions to performance gaps and implement highprofile improvement projects
Successfully guide stakeholders and process owners through root cause analysis, change management and conflict resolution
Plan and execute kaizen activities, crossfunctional workshops, process pilots, etc. as necessary to drive change

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, or a related field (STEM)
Proven experience as a Supply Chain Consultant or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully implementing solutions to complex supply chain challenges
Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Lean certifications required with 3 to 5 years of experience in a Master Black Belt role
Minimum 10+ years of experience in various supply chain functions, plus an additional 5 years in complex manufacturing, production or similar (e.g., fabrication + assembly)
APICS certification is a plus
Experience with functional ERP implementation preferred
Experience with SQL, Power Query, and Power BI preferred
Implementation of S&OP processes preferred
Expert Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret and draw insights from complex data sets
Excellent problemsolving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and address root causes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients at all levels
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong business acumen and understanding of financial implications in supply chain decisionmaking
