Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Consultant

Job Status:
Full-Time


Compensation: 130,000k-170,000k


This role requires travel Mon-Fri to various client locations.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead clients through a datadriven, systemic approach that identifies process interdependencies, information flow barriers and communication gaps Define innovative solutions to performance gaps and implement highprofile improvement projects
  • Successfully guide stakeholders and process owners through root cause analysis, change management and conflict resolution
  • Plan and execute kaizen activities, crossfunctional workshops, process pilots, etc. as necessary to drive change

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, or a related field (STEM)
  • Proven experience as a Supply Chain Consultant or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully implementing solutions to complex supply chain challenges
  • Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Lean certifications required with 3 to 5 years of experience in a Master Black Belt role
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in various supply chain functions, plus an additional 5 years in complex manufacturing, production or similar (e.g., fabrication + assembly)
  • APICS certification is a plus
  • Experience with functional ERP implementation preferred
  • Experience with SQL, Power Query, and Power BI preferred
  • Implementation of S&OP processes preferred
  • Expert Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret and draw insights from complex data sets
  • Excellent problemsolving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and address root causes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients at all levels
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial implications in supply chain decisionmaking
