    Major Duties and Responsibilities:

    Drive achievement of monthly/annual revenue and profitability goals by leading training efforts and seizing opportunities through collaboration with the Plumbing Manager.

    Minor Duties and Responsibilities:

    Support the Plumbing Manager in planning and implementing various plumbing projects. Assist in departmental planning for staffing, training topics, revenue goals, and other specified matters.

    Qualifications:

    Education: High school diploma or equivalent

    Experience: Minimum five years of plumbing or sales management experience

    Key Competencies:

    Thorough understanding of different plumbing codes and industry practices

    Physical Requirements:

    Capability to lift a minimum of 100lbs, work in confined spaces, and balance on elevated platforms/objects
