    About the Role

    We are looking for a Sales Equipment Manager to drive sales growth within the assigned territory. The role involves securing new business for tunnel and In Bay car washes, as well as assisting existing clients in equipment upgrades. As a Sales Equipment Manager, you will showcase how National Carwash Solutions enhances car wash profitability for customers through our equipment, cleaning solutions, and top-notch service team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain regular communication with current clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored recommendations
    • Generate new business leads through cold calling and collaboration with the marketing department
    • Visit potential and existing client sites to assess requirements and propose equipment upgrades or new installations
    • Become an expert on all product and service offerings, effectively communicate benefits to clients, and ensure customer satisfaction
    • Collaborate with service and delivery teams to expand service activities when necessary
    • Handle equipment sales orders, payments, and delivery schedules, ensuring customer satisfaction
    • Participate in industry conventions, follow up on leads, and work towards established growth goals
    • Adhere to company pricing structures, report sales activities to the Regional Manager, and maintain internal communication
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and participate in obtaining necessary authorizations for installations
    • Extensive travel within the territory and adherence to safety regulations are required
    • Attend weekly meetings to meet demand requirements

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management preferred
    • 5-7 years of successful sales experience in a similar B2B industry
    • Experience in car wash or capital equipment sales is essential
    • Valid driver's license with a clean record
    • Ability to manage sales cycles effectively
    • Self-driven, independent, and time-management skills are crucial
    • Demonstrated track record of assertive consultative sales and relationship-building
    • Proficiency in CRM software is required
    • Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and customer-centric approach
    • Ability to handle business expenses and reports efficiently
