Vice President of Specialty Practice Operations

Member of leadership team for medical group of Community Health System with responsibility for full P&L, operations and strategy for specialty and hospital-based practices; including provider recruitment, contracting, and onboarding.

• Launched Practice Transition Team including staffing, selection of project management tools, engagement of outside vendors and prioritization strategy to onboard and launch multiple practices in sequence resulting in managed, high velocity growth. 
• Launched eleven de novo practices including site selection, design, build-out, selection of fixtures, furniture and equipment, IT integration and staff selection for gyn-oncology, maternal fetal medicine, neuroscience, urology, and multiple primary care and specialty practices.
• Initiated patient-facing online capabilities through EPIC EMR to enhance the patient’s experience and streamline workflows for staff.
• Worked directly with faculty practices affiliated with University of California – San Francisco (UCSF).
