    Description

    Job Summary: We're looking for an experienced Ingredient Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive sales of our ingredient products, manage key accounts, and explore new business opportunities, contributing to our growth in the food manufacturing sector.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute effective strategies to meet sales targets and expand market presence for our ingredients.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify potential customers and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
    • Account Management: Grow key accounts by building strong customer relationships and understanding their ingredient requirements.
    • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities through networking, prospecting, and industry event participation.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and delivering excellent service.
    • Sales Forecasting: Develop sales forecasts, monitor performance, and report on sales results.
    • Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of our ingredient portfolio and effectively communicate product benefits.
    • Collaboration: Work with other departments like R&D, marketing, and production to align and support sales efforts.
    • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with customers to secure favorable terms.
    • Sales Reporting: Prepare sales reports and presentations for senior management, analyzing data for insights.
    • Trade Shows and Events: Represent the company at industry events to promote our ingredients and network with potential clients.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or related field.
    • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in food ingredients.
    • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
    • High integrity and professionalism.
