    Job Description

    Immediate opening for a construction Production Manager. Applicant must have the ability to multitask, appropriately schedule jobs, and manage 20+ people. This is a position that is part of a great team-orientated company. Position includes company vehicle and benefits, including health insurance, PTO, as well as a 401K. Salary DOE.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for training and developing employees to perform at their highest level.
    • Develop project schedules and adjust as needed per customer's needs.
    • Continually identifies and analyzes opportunities for process improvement.
    • Establishes and maintains an environment of accountability.
    • Proactively communicates with team members, customers, and managers to maximize safety, quality, and efficiency.
    • Ensures preventive maintenance procedures are performed on a consistent basis.
    • Purchasing
    • Responsible for inventory control and management by ensuring the proper stock and availability of products.
    • Conduct weekly team meetings on safety and quality.
    • Hiring and terminations.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Skills Required:

    • Construction Management 5-7 years
    • Strong understanding of project management and scheduling principles.
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills and able to manage time well.
    • Strong aptitude for accuracy as well as outstanding customer service skills.
    • Ability to quickly improvise and use good judgement.
    • Ability to work well with others and communicate with various personalities and backgrounds.
    • Computer aptitude, Sage 100 estimating + scheduling a plus.
    • Experience leading teams and individuals.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • High level of self-motivation.
    • A strong, passionate leader who can motivate.
    • Bilingual – English/Spanish a plus.
