    Description

    As a District Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team, managing projects, driving business development, analyzing profit and loss statements, and implementing process improvements. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a strategic mindset.     Responsibilities:

    Supervise and manage a team of employees in multiple locations

    Oversee project management and ensure timely completion of tasks

    Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales and profitability

    Monitor and analyze profit and loss statements to identify areas for improvement

    Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as necessary

    Requirements:

    3 -5 years of proven experience in restaurants as supervisory or managerial role

    Strong project management skills

    Excellent business development and sales abilities

    Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions

    Strong leadership and communication skills

    Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

    -Bilingual (Spanish and English)

    Bachelor's Degree and/or applied equivalent
