    As a Human Resources Specialist you will aid and facilitate the HR processes of all 128 business locations with 2 business divisions, and corporate support functions. You will be responsible and accountable for thoroughly updating various data fields in modules of our HCMS to ensure accurate payrolls. You will also be expected to own and administer employee experience related to full life cycle of employment as well as, manage communications across the HR department with responsibility of analytics. You will also be involved in project work to further the Total Rewards team's quarterly or yearly goals and objectives.

    • Communication Providing excellent verbal and written services to clients, including prompt, accurate, and timely attention to detail. Able to compose effective employee correspondence in accordance with established policies and procedures
    • Initiative - Proactively utilizing available technology and tools to support efficient and effective time management; Able to assist inquirers with information needed; Knowledgeable, in accordance with established policies, of all firm technology necessary to provide quick responses
    • Relationships Management Connecting with others in a way that fosters trust and creates collaborative relationships; Become the point of contact for all HR matters
    • Detail Oriented & Driven Thorough and rigorous attention to all details; Ability to manage multiple high-touch projects simultaneously with precision and accuracy; Takes initiative and ownership in all aspects of role from logistics to processes and is unafraid to get their hands dirty and eager to learn

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for processing and managing all personnel changes including but not limited to, new hires, terminations, and transfers in HCMS. This includes controlling the workflow and ensuring data is entered accurately in a timely manner.
    • Perform customer service functions and on-going support for Total Rewards programs.
    • Partner with Senior HR Business Partners to accomplish department goals.
    • Maintain compliance with applicable state and federal law.
    • Provide various reports as needed to the HR department, senior management, and other internal stakeholders. Management reporting including weekly new hire and termination reports and semi-annual reporting. Automate and streamline reports where possible for distribution on an ongoing basis.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    What you have :

    • Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience
    • SHRM-CP or SPHR Certifications preferred
    • Time and Priority Management
    • Excel & Analytical skills
    • HCMS (Ceridian Dayforce preferred)
