    Job Requisition ID #23WD74395Position OverviewAutodesk is seeking an accomplished Technical Engineer in Marketing Technology to join our Marketing Engineering Team in a hybrid/remote capacity.

    As part of this team, you'll collaborate with fellow engineers to develop a modern marketing technology stack that fuels Autodesk's hypergrowth in the AI era.

    We seek a subject matter expert in marketing technology architecture, operations processes, and data modeling.
    You'll lead the implementation of our marketing automation engine, driving personalized marketing experiences that fuel growth.

    You'll have extensive experience integrating with advertising platforms and ecosystems, and a solid understanding of DSPs, DMPs, Ad Hubs, and CDPs.

    Experience with Proven experience with Marketing Automation platforms like Marketo. Expertise in Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and .

    You should have deep understanding of various marketing platforms is crucial, and you should have a passion for leveraging technology to enhance marketing decision-making processes.

    You will report to the Senior Manager of Engineering.

    ResponsibilitiesYou will build technology solutions in the digital marketing, lead generation, prospect pipelining, customer journey mapping and other aspects of marketing automation engineering.

    Collaborate with multiple partners (Go-to-market teams, Product Managers, Engineering, Architects, Data Scientists) to understand customer requirements, design prototypes, and bring innovative technologies to production.

    This includes influencing product roadmaps and efficient usage of marketing capabilitiesDesign marketing automation solutions, data models, enabling personalized marketing and customer experience functionsBe responsible for "big picture" solution design with multiple integrated systems and large data volumesTransform (build/buy/recommend) our technology stack for experimentation and personalization with an eye towards customer experience and business growthImplement marketing automation tools to streamline and automate marketing tasksEnsure that we are continuously raising our standard of engineering excellenceYou will ensure non-functional requirements such as availability, scalability, reliability, security, compliance, and governance are all in placeMinimum Qualifications8+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years working in Marketing Technology spaceDemonstrated experience of working with Marketing tools like Marekto, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaigns, AEM, etc.

    Experience a must with Digital Advertising, Adtech, and similar applications.

    Experience with configuration and deployment of Email/SMS Marketing Campaigns and implementing Data Driven Decisioning WorkflowsExperience in Technical/Functional design and Solutions ArchitectureExperience with management of CMS/DAM solutionsExpert level understanding and experience designing cloud Data modelsExpertise in Big Data Platform architecture with a focus on scalability, performance, and cost to serveExpertise in enterprise data management policies and principles with a focus on data lineage and data cataloging strategyWorking knowledge of Python, Java, Pyspark, AirflowPrior work experience in cloud environments, primarily with AWS and distributed systemsCustomer Data Platform experience is a plusFamiliarity with any Cloud Platforms from AWS, Azure, or GCPExperience with Data Analytics and mapping it to CampaignsSolutions-oriented, Collaborative, and with great people skillsResult-oriented, with the ability to define outcomes, manage expectations, and meet deadlines based on project requirements.

    Learn more about our benefits in the U.S. by visiting Salary transparencySalary is one part of Autodesks competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $141,400 and $228,800. Offers are based on the candidates experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.

    In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
