- Performs ad-hoc analysis to support strategy initiatives and special projects.
- Provides metrics and KPI's that improve the key drivers of operations and enable effective management, decision-making and execution.
- Compiles and analyzes financial information using a variety of reporting tools.
- Performs analysis, financial planning and provides recommendations to senior management to achieve strategic goals.
- Assists with the monthly close process including variance analysis, and the creation and distribution of monthly reporting package.
- Analyzes reports and accounts to ensure financial information has been accurately recorded.
- Identifies trends and developments in business performance and reports them to management.
- Supports Business Unit leaders in establishing performance related metrics.

This individual will utilize strong business acumen and a dynamic personality to interact with management and numerous business teams on multiple projects to drive performance and support company initiatives.
The Financial Analyst will utilize a thorough knowledge of business and financial concepts as well as financial statements to support the mission of the Accounting and Finance Departments.
