You won't be alone Figma has an incredible team and you'll work closely with other groups including Support, Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Community.
As Manager, Strategic Sales, you will lead a team of Account Managers responsible for continuing the growth of our Enterprise products.
You will report directly to our Director of Strategic Sales.What you'll do at Figma:
Lead a team of motivated and diverse individuals to foster an environment of successParticipate in customer and prospect meetingsAssist in continual training and development, including mentorship, hiring and career growthHelp shape and further develop sales processes and initiativesInterview, hire and train new team members as we scale the business and companyDeliver weekly forecast meetings and advise Account Executives on strategies to help exceed their goalsWe'd love to hear from you if you have:5+ years of SaaS sales experience 2+ years of management experience on an Strategic or Enterprise Sales team within a SaaS companyExperience selling to technical audiences (i.e. Engineering, Product, Design teams)
Prior success leading a team while simultaneously contributing to the execution of deals in partnership with direct reportsA proven track record of developing customer relationships with an emphasis on customer satisfactionA proven track record of leading Sales teams to consistently meet and exceed goalsWhile it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
Additional years of management experience within a SaaS companyExperience using or working with Figma, or other UX/UI experienceAbility to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving environmentExperience with Command of the Message or MEDDIC sales methodologyAt Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go.

Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location.
The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified.For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
