- You will be the voice of the customer, creating and managing product messaging, brand differentiation, marketing content, and sales collateral that speak to Sundae customers' needs and desires.
- You will develop and execute a comprehensive and viral social media strategy that drives Sundae's organic growth, working with internal and external resources.
- You will think big and continuously test and launch extraordinary and creative brand awareness campaigns.
- You will think beyond email marketing and look at the customer lifecycle holistically including other channels to reach customers such as SMS, outbound calls, direct mail, and more.
- You will collaborate with each of the business unit leaders across product, sales and operations to identify content opportunities and develop campaign strategies and tactics.
- Proven track record of successfully driving organic growth through newsworthy campaigns
- A wide breadth of experience in creative production, and you know how to work effectively with designers, copywriters, videographers, and other creatives to bring your vision to life
- A powerful storyteller: written, verbal, and visual
- Experience developing social media strategy and managing social media channels
- A self-starter who can work independently and proactively in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment. You know how to be scrappy and innovative at the same time.

About the Role
