- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 5 years of marketing or related experience.
- Strong business acumen and strategic orientation.
- Detail-oriented with effective time management skills.
- Knowledge of retail or shopping center industry preferred.
- Leadership, strategy, and financial management skills.
- Understanding of digital and social media platforms.
- Flexibility to work event shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 + Discretionary Annual Bonus
