The role involves developing, executing, and evaluating campaigns that leverage influencer partnerships. The Influencer Marketing Manager's job is to create and execute influencer marketing campaigns. These campaigns aim to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. To do this, the manager works closely with influencers and social media platforms. They find suitable influencers for each campaign and negotiate deals that benefit everyone involved. The manager also tracks and analyzes campaign success, adjusts strategies as needed, and reports back to senior management. Keeping up with the latest trends and best practices is crucial to ensure campaigns are effective and innovative. We're seeking a skilled communicator who values constructive feedback and excels within a small, experienced team. You understand that exceptional design serves a purpose and is ultimately defined by the user experience it delivers.

    The Role

    • Create and implement influencer marketing strategies that are in line with the overall marketing goals.
    • We will identify and engage with influencers who align with our target audience and brand values.
    • Lead influencer partnerships, contract negotiations, content planning, and feedback provision.
    • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI.
    • Work with cross-functional teams, such as social media, creative, and PR, to establish cohesive and successful campaigns.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing.
    • Monitor financial resources and ensure efficient implementation of campaigns within established budgetary limits.

    Requirements

    • Prior experience as an Influencer Marketing Manager or similar with proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer marketing campaigns
    • Thorough knowledge of social media platforms and their optimal techniques
    • Understanding influencer marketing strategies and techniques
    • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
    • Skills in data analysis and providing insights to inform campaign optimization
    • Creative mindset and strong project management skills
