    $40-$55/hr, $95-$110k upon conversion
    Denver, CO (Hybrid)
    Compliance Manager

    Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Compliance Manager to join their team

    Responsibilities:

    • Keep current on all updates and changes in federal, state and local landlord-tenant law and affordable housing programs and requirements
    • Optimize compliance settings within Onesite Leasing and Rents and update any changes
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and vendors
    • Manage RealPage Help Desk
    • Make recommendations for new software and hardware
    • Develop and implement document management system that includes RealPage Document Director and RealPage Document Management
    Required Qualifications & Experience:
    • 3+ years of OneSite experience (other property management software would work as well)
    • 1+ year of management experience
    • Most possess a thorough knowledge of HUD, LIHTC, and other affordable housing programs
    • Compliance certifications highly preferred
