We are seeking an experienced and results-driven U.S. Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the United States for the Norris Product Line.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oil and gas sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the U.S. market.
Manage existing customer relationships and expand our client base.
Drive market share growthMarket Analysis and Forecasting:
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
Analyze sales data and provide accurate sales forecasts to the manufacturing and operations teamDrive innovative marketing strategics to continue to promote Norris as a leading sucker rod supplierRelationship Building:
Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in the oil and gas sector.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and marketing.
Collaborate with cross opco and organization teams to leverage strengthsSales Presentations and Negotiations:
Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals.
Sales Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate the U.S. sales team to achieve targets.
Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team membersCustomer Support and Service:
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining regular communication
Education, Licensing and Certifications:
