    As the Sales Manager, your expertise will shine as you develop new accounts spanning refrigerated, dry van, and flatbed services, in addition to serving LTL customers and shippers. Utilizing your ability to establish goals, forge meaningful relationships, and propel advancement you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, strengthening our market presence, and ensuring long-term success.

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

    • Business Development: Prospect and acquire new clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals to increase the division's market share and profitability. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create compelling sales materials and presentations.
    • Develop and Maintain a Strong Sales Pipeline: Cultivate a diverse portfolio of prospective clients and key stakeholders to drive mutual growth.
    • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Work closely with clients to understand their transportation requirements and tailor solutions that meet and exceed expectations.
