    KYLE CAVAN (cah-vin or / kæv n/; Irish) is a new women-owned college jewelry company based out of New York City. We launched in 2018 when we found a need to bring style and substance to a category that has remained undisrupted for the past century. At KYLE CAVAN, we believe that every student, alumni, parent and fan should be able to express their personal stories and memories of college through beautiful designs. We now have over 200+ University and Greek collections, and are rapidly growing.

    Role: Marketing Partnerships & Sales Manager

    Kyle Cavan Jewelry is looking for a passionate, sales driven person to join our start-up. The Marketing Partnerships & Sales Manager will help support the team in securing strategic partnerships & custom jewelry deals, developing strategies for outreach, nurturing relationships with current partners, creating marketing, event planning, performance tracking, and more. You will work hand-in-hand with Jessica Garcia, Co-Founder and Director of Partnerships. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who excels in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment and deeply believes in the KYLE CAVAN mission.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Research the Gifting category and identify opportunities for custom orders - both for donors and at the corporate level (universities, greek, etc).
    • Manage university revenue share partnerships and assist in expansion at new schools
    • Create marketing assets for university & greek partners via Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
    • Identify key dates and opportunities at universities
    • Identify relevant partners for wholesale and retail opportunities in target markets and online (e.g. boutiques in college markets, multi-brand e-retailers)
    • Research and identify relevant university and prep school contacts that are interested in jewelry and/or gifts for alumni donors and benefactors.
    • Support outreach for wholesale and partnership opportunities (e.g. donor gifts, event sponsorships, etc.)
    • Track and nurture leads via CRM Platform (Copper and ClickUp)
    • Assist social media team in influencer marketing strategy and outreach
    • Capture content in office for partner marketing
    • Communicate effectively with partners, nurture relationships and set meetings

    YOU...

    • a self-starter who's highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
    • have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable talking on the phone and on Zoom calls
    • a creative problem solver and can juggle many different tasks at once. You constantly have ideas for how to make a situation or service more efficient and successful
    • analytical and demonstrate high-level research skills
    • a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
    • Ideal candidate has experience in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop).
