We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, determined, and is able to remain calm under pressure.
Duties
Fostering personal relationships ONE conversation at a time.
We know that the best results come from 1-2-1 conversations. The internet and media, while bringing information to our fingertips, have created a gap in society. They have removed the personal touch from business.
We have taken a step back, using old school, face to face methods to gain results. Our clients look to us to increase their complete market research, increase customer base, grow their brand awareness. Working 1-2-1 with our clients target demographic has proven successful in meeting our clients needs.
