    Description

    Assistant Property Manager (Residential)

    Location: Denver/Virginia Village Area

    Schedule: M-F // 8am to 5pm

    TTH - 100% in office

    Background Check and Drug Screening Required

    Pay range: $22-26/hour

    The main duty of an Assistant Property Manager will be to assist the Senior Property Manager with managing their portfolio, including; Overseeing the financial aspects of the property, including handling receivables and payables, inputting data into system, ensuring the accuracy of resident ledgers, managing move-outs, reconciling deposits, providing support in leasing activities, managing vendor and tenant relations, and more duties as needed.

    Please apply if you have 1-3 years' experience as an admin assistant, residential property management, or within hospitality.

    Ideal candidate is detail oriented, has strong communication, and is a team player Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office Suite, and AppFolio (is preferred, not required)
