- receipt of full bill of material for battery pack assemblies.
- prototype assembly process sheets (build book).
- advance of the planned build, run shortage reports to ensure that all material is available for the planned build and address any missing parts, parts with incorrect change levels etc. prior to the planned build to ensure that the build is completed on schedule.
- build schedule to meet customer needs (Testing & Vehicle Builds / Others).
- / support actual battery builds and rework operations in Company Pilot Plant.
- all build issues and chair meetings to drive team to resolution. Escalate as required.
- shipping of completed packs per Customer requirements.
- build records of each pack in Company systems.
- Degree in a related area with an Engineering degree preferred (preferably Mechanical or Electrical). OR 5 years related build coordination experience with a bachelor's degree in an unrelated area. A bachelor's degree is required in each situation.
