Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our residential buildings. Knowledge of basic plumbing (changing toilets, replacing sinks), electric skills (changing light fixtures), carpentry (installing trim and flooring).


Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: repairing walls,, equipment, and systems; troubleshooting issues; and conducting preventive maintenance.
• Time Management Skillswill need to track maintenance activities and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inspections through an online system.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing maintenance requests and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate leadership skills by effectively prioritizing tasks and coordinating with other team members.
• Ability to be held accountable for daily tasks.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear instructions and updates to team members.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Customer serviceoriented mindset with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay:
$ $27.00 per hour
