As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of IT services. You will also be responsible for incident, problem, and change management according to ITIL. You will build long-term customer relationships through proactive communication and consultation, and ensure our clients are satisfied. Additionally, you will continuously monitor and improve our service processes and performance, and ensure the achievement of all service goals. You will coordinate and manage all individuals involved in the service and identify opportunities to optimize service processes and technologies. Your tasks will also include managing and developing employees and processes internally.What we expect
- Completed IT degree or IT training with relevant experience in the IT service industry in a similar position
- Thorough understanding of IT service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer orientation
- Teamwork and leadership skills
- Fluent German and English skills are a must
