- Planning and scheduling of tasks.
- Organize and monitor the work of engineering groups to ensure the standardization of processes within the Build Organization are followed.
- Standardize procedures related to parts pulls, hardware retrofits, and build requirements.
- Track, forecast, and monitor scheduled workflows required for the build areas across the powertrain and vehicle organizations to ensure timely delivery of prototype articles.
- Plans on a weekly basis for assigned programs.
- Provides reports to leadership as required that cover timing, parts status, shortage reports.
- Work Orders correctly completed with associated build kits per program plan for each test article.
- Weekly shortage reports for programs they are responsible for
- Attend build coordination meetings with customer.
- Strong Organizational Skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
