    OPERATIONS MANAGER - SECURITY OPERATIONS - ARROW SECURITY NYC REGIONAL OFFICE

    Bronx/Westchester, NY

    Position Summary

    The Field Operations Manager assists our very fast-paced NYC regional office in managing a workforce of security officers with respect to staffing and scheduling; The ideal candidate will have experience in handling an operation of minimum hours per week in the private security business.

    The Field Operations Manager cultivates relationships and serves as trusted service provider to our valued client base, fosters best practices aligning with federal and state regulations and is committed to the respect and integrity of our Arrow mission to provide an exceptional client and employee experience.

    Essential Job Responsibilities:

    • Manages 6,000-7,500 hours of contract hours
    • Handles scheduling of assigned security staff as congruent with client needs
    • Trains, mentors and supports uniformed security officers
    • Liaison with client and coordinate communication of operations, through an effective and responsive approach
    • Provides exceptional customer service
    • Effectively manages people and costs while ensuring contract compliance
    • Drafts and updates security post orders
    • Drives operational accountability
    • Perform unannounced inspections/visit client sites
    • Other tasks as assigned.

    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:

    • Must have 2 years experience in managing security operations or accounts
    • Have ability to work within a structured environment and follow strict processes
    • Works well within a team
    • Must be flexible in availability to tend to accounts as needed
    • Ability to work in high pressure situations with hard deadlines
    • Working knowledge of WinTeam & eHub platforms preferred
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
    • Valid Driver's License preferred
    • HS Diploma/GED

    $60,000 to $70,000 annual salary based on experience, please include resume with application
