In my current position as the Manager of Software Quality Assurance Engineering at Paramount, I have overseen quality control for a wide range of software types, including media, e-commerce, SAAS, and enterprise applications, across various platforms such as Native Mobile, TV, and web browsers. My role involves managing the entire quality assurance process, from test planning and execution to bug reporting and escalation. I have successfully implemented and monitored quality control processes, mentored SQA teams, and ensured that products are delivered on time and within budget.

My expertise in cross-platform testing, API testing, UAT testing, and various testing methodologies, including Agile (Scrum & Kanban) with DevOps, has enabled me to consistently drive quality improvements. I am skilled in using a wide range of testing tools such as Jira, TestRail, Q-Test, and more. Additionally, I have experience with various operating systems and platforms, including Windows, MAC iOS, Android, and more.

At my previous role with Testing Xperts, I further honed my skills as a Software Test Engineer, where I contributed to the successful testing of e-commerce web and native mobile applications. My responsibilities included designing and executing test cases, performing API testing, and ensuring browser compatibility and performance.

Prior to that, during my tenure at Elixir Technologies, I had the privilege of working with the Tango+ SaaS platform and automating manual tests using Selenium WebDriver. I also played a key role in release testing activities, performance testing, and more. My dedication to continuously improving testing processes and delivering high-quality products has been a hallmark of my career.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Comsats Institute of Information Technology and I am an ISTQB Certified Tester- Foundation Level. Additionally, I have completed courses on management essentials and career breakthrough programs, further enhancing my skill set.
