- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand our market presence.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including architects, civil engineers, urban planners, landscape architects, and masonry contractors.
- Present and demonstrate our CMU and paver solutions to clients, highlighting the benefits and features tailored to their specific needs.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to provide market feedback and assist in the creation of sales materials.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product innovations.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our products and services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Must have 5-7 years of sales experience in the building materials industry, with a focus on CMU and hardscape solutions. No exceptions.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry, knowledge of concrete masonry and hardscape installation methods and best practices, and a keen awareness of relevant building codes, standards, and regulations for masonry and hardscape products.
- Ability to coordinate with customers to ensure timely delivery and proper handling and installation of products.
- Understanding and promoting safety standards related to the handling, installation, and use of masonry and hardscape products.
- Creating and delivering compelling presentations to showcase products and their benefits.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in the building materials industry, specifically selling Structural/Architectural Concrete Masonry Units (CMU) and hardscape solutions, including Paver and SRW products, to a myriad of customer types, including architects, civil engineers, urban planners, landscape architects, and masonry contractors. This role requires a proven track record of sales success and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
