RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify potential clients within our target market and cultivate relationships with them through doorknocking, networking, and customer referrals
  • Attend adjuster meetings
  • Conduct sales appointments, provide roof inspections or schedule inspections for project managers, and sign contracts
  • Collect payment from the customer as needed and turn in jobs to be built
  • Manage relationships and sales pipeline

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to set and achieve goals by acquiring new business, establishing new networking relationships, and utilizing proven strategies in the roofing industry
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Sales experience is required
