- Under the guidance of the sales manager, initiate lead generation and referrals through activities like prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Evaluate customer needs and employ solution-based selling techniques to effectively showcase the value of FKA's products and services. Provide recommendations on merchandise solutions, considering factors such as price plans, designs, and additional services.
- Execute negotiations and successfully close deals.
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management. Actively participate in training sessions focused on product and service knowledge, and attend sales meetings.
- Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions and proposals.
- Utilize sales force automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools to their full potential.
- Effectively manage the sales funnel and generate comprehensive reports on sales activities and forecasting.
