In this role, you'll be the driving force behind developing new business within your designated sales territory. As a pivotal member of our sales force, you will have the autonomy to create and execute strategies to surpass sales targets. The ideal candidate will boast a track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales objectives, possess strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, and excel in communication.     Compensation:

    $111,000 - $127,000 annually

    Responsibilities:
    • Attend in-person or virtual training sessions, meetings, trade shows, and sales gatherings
    • Keep the company informed of all sales-related activities, such as new business ventures, account updates, customer requirements, potential leads, and competitor insights through CRM
    • Maintain current knowledge on our range of services and products, industry trends, competitor landscape, and market dynamics to effectively present offerings to clients and address their needs
    • Devise and implement a plan to attract new clientele within your sales jurisdiction
    • Engage with potential clients to introduce and showcase our latest products or services
    Qualifications:
    • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required
    • Familiarity with CRM systems is essential
    • Demonstrated proficiency in customer service, communication, interpersonal skills, and negotiation tactics
    • 3-5 years of prior sales experience is preferred for this position
    • A bachelor's degree or high school diploma is advantageous
