Responsibilities of the ERP Implementation Specialist:

Identify and resolve system issues using the Workday ERP system.
Perform data extracts, inquiries, reports, and uploads to support customers, operations, and maintain system integrity.
Conduct testing for modified and new systems or applications.
Gather business requirements for new implementations, business processes, operations, and process flows.
Lead the maintenance and development of ERP Roadmaps.
Install, manage, and troubleshoot automations.
Project management duties as required.

Qualifications for the ERP Implementation Specialist:

Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.
Experience working with Workday - PLUS
HCM, Financials, and Adaptive implementation.
Proven track record of documenting and implementing system changes.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Solid technical background and proficiency.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
